My Dear Sunrise Walker Friends,
We are putting the walks on hold for a little while due to travel and family visits.
We will let you know when we start the walks again. Meanwhile, we hope you use this time to gather the gifts that this season has to offer.

Listen to yourself and in that quietude you might hear the voice of God.

In the depth of these winter mornings and into the New Year, the light at sunrise and throughout the day can be a doorway into deep listening. Many mark the Winter Solstice through Sunrise Walks, bonfires, or advent traditions, gathering with friends and family. People around the world are called to participate at this time of the year.
Through these traditions, we are taught in our hearts that it is safe to journey through the darkness. If we sit and wait, the light will come to us.
In the world, our country and our personal situations, there is much suffering, grieving and difficult times. But also, this time of year can be full of hope, cheer, and new directions for the New Year.
I encourage you all to reflect through journaling, walking and gathering with friends and family. Reflecting is an active process that is initially our own private journey. But then our reflections are brought home more fully as we walk and share our journeys with friends and family.
Here is my blog about entering into the Season:
What Questions are Nestled Deep Within Your Heart?
I hope this time of the season brings inner peace and inspiration.
Blessings on your walk,
XoXo,
Liza
