The Arrival of Autumn is upon us. The first morning air is crisp and golden. How do you define what is calling you this season? I like to think of these these callings, as stakes for a “fall tent”. What will be your reference points, your stakes that your seasonal tent is built upon?
There are two times a year where you have the opportunity to walk when the length of the days and nights are the same. Once such time is the Autumnal Equinox. What does walking at this time of year offer you? Many birds are migrating and the flowers turn into seeds are just some of the signs of the changing of the seasons. Read more here.

Join us for the upcoming Autumnal Sunrise Walk at the Laguna de Santa Rosa September 18 – 22, 2014. We will begin our early morning walk just before dawn. We will meet at 6:50 at the trailhead off highway 12 and leave promptly. This two mile walk will take us to the pond and back. Read more…
