Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.

This Walk Has a Special Focus
On September 21st, our Sunrise Walk will bring an emphasis on how we can turn towards Peace. Read more about Walks for Peace and the series of steps that you can reflect on as we approach this Peace Week.
We will be joined by Cathy McFann. She will speak about the importance of aligning to one’s purpose in life, and a more peaceful world. We are living in very uncertain times. Staying centered in oneself and in one’s purpose in life is one very important way to maintain one’s course while chaos swirls around. Cathy McFann MA, MFT is a highly ranked Aikido practitioner. She has devoted her life to the study of presence, movement, energy, stillness and conflict resolution.
Liza Weaver Brickey MA will begin the Autumnal Equinox Sunrise Walk with a short Feldenkrais® mind-body exercise to help you bring awareness to your body, your self, and the earth.
